Welcome to Lecturers.ai, operated by Rocketing, LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Lecturers.ai at https://lecturers.ai and the related websites, apps, and services (collectively, the "Services"). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
Eligibility; Accounts
- You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age of digital consent in your jurisdiction) to use the Services. If you are under 18, you represent that you have consent from a parent or guardian.
- You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information and for maintaining the security of your credentials. Notify us immediately at security@lecturers.ai of any suspected breach.
Use of the Services
- Subject to these Terms and our Acceptable Use Policy, we grant you a limited, revocable, non-transferable license to access and use the Services for lawful purposes.
- You retain ownership of your content. By submitting content you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, and operate your content as needed to run the Services.
- We may modify or discontinue features at any time, with reasonable notice where practicable.
AI Features
The Services use artificial intelligence, including models and APIs from OpenAI and Anthropic. AI can be useful but may be inaccurate or incomplete; evaluate outputs for your use case and do not rely solely on AI for decisions that have legal or similarly significant effects. Our AI Disclosures & Safety Policy explains how we use AI.
Paid Features, Subscriptions, Cancellation & Refunds
- Prices. Some features require payment. The price, billing frequency, and any applicable taxes are shown before you buy. Price changes take effect at the start of your next billing period, and for an existing subscription we will give you reasonable notice before a new price applies.
- Subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel. A subscription continues and renews automatically at the end of each billing period (for example, monthly or yearly). We charge the payment method on file for each renewal at the price then in effect, until you cancel.
- How to cancel. You can cancel at any time from your account settings, or by emailing support@lecturers.ai. Cancelling stops future renewals. It takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and you keep access to paid features until then.
- Trials. A free trial converts to a paid subscription when it ends unless you cancel before the trial ends. The trial length and the price that applies afterward are shown before you start.
- One-time purchases. Credit packs and other one-time purchases are charged once and do not renew.
- Refunds. Payments are non-refundable, including for the unused part of a billing period after you cancel, except where we state otherwise at the time of purchase or where the law requires a refund or gives you a cooling-off period.
- Payment processing. Payments are processed by Stripe. You authorize us and our payment processor to charge your payment method for the amounts you agree to, including renewals, and applicable taxes. If a payment fails, we may retry it, pause paid features, or end the subscription.
- Questions about a charge. Email support@lecturers.ai and we will help.
